Where can my order be sent?
You can have your order sent to the address of your choice (home, work address, etc.), a pick-up point or in one of our three shops in Paris of your choice with the option “Click & Collect”:

When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the type of shipping you selected.
Home delivery with DHL Express: 2-3 business days*
Delivery to pick-up point with Mondial Relay: 4-5 business days
Delivery to shop: 5 business days at most, you will be informed by e-mail of the exact date
* +48/72 hours on weekends, holidays, in Corsica and remote areas. Overseas countries not included.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order status?
Yes, as soon as your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number. You can track the status of your order in the section “My Account” at cfoc.fr. Please include your order number in all messages.

What is the home delivery process?
If you selected home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse. It takes 2-3 days depending on the shipping company.
What is the shop delivery process?
If you selected shop delivery, we will inform you when your order arrives by e-mail and you may pick it up over the next 15 days. If the order isn’t picked up within this time frame, your order may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will need to go to our warehouse to pick it up.

Hours: Monday –Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
The person who picks up the package is required to show the order number and his/her ID.
FAQs – EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns are at the expense and risk of the Customer, unless there was an order error on our part or a damaged product.
What is the deadline for exchanges and returns?
All returns and exchanges must be made within fourteen days of the day after your order is received.
CFOC reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent after this deadline and returns of products that aren’t in their original condition.
Here are the steps for returning your items to us:
Step 1. Please inform our Customer Service by e-mail (email@example.com) or in the section “My Account” that you wish to return products and include the customer order number.
Step 2. Once your return request has been approved by our Customer Service department, please send back your package to the following address:

The return shall be at the Customer’s expense and risk. The Products shall be returned in their original packaging, in a condition that is suitable for resale. Products that are damaged in any way, dirty and/or incomplete will be neither accepted nor reimbursed.
The right of cancellation does not apply to products that have clearly been customised per the customer’s request, for example, by engraving a name on a product.
Step 3. Following examination and approval, the products will be reimbursed by Amedeus SA as soon as possible using the original method of payment, without delay once the products have been received. Shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.
When will I receive the reimbursement for my return?
The reimbursement will be credited to the method of payment used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
